My Journey
For over a decade, I’ve worked in counseling and ministry, guiding people through struggles like anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges. As an ordained minister, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of their most difficult and transformative moments. As a YouTuber, I share practical tools and insights on mental health through my channel, ACT on Mental Health, where viewers can learn how to improve their lives using proven techniques.

I believe counseling should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your challenges and build a roadmap to a better future. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on living more fully by accepting what’s out of your control and committing to meaningful action. With telehealth, I make counseling accessible to individuals and couples throughout Indiana—wherever you are, I’m here to help.

Beyond Counseling
Outside of work, my life revolves around my wife and our three amazing kids. Whether we’re enjoying a family game night, exploring the outdoors, or cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks (Rock Chalk!) and Kansas City Chiefs, I treasure every moment we share. When I have some downtime, you’ll often find me on the golf course, lost in a good book, or dreaming up my next creative project.
